Our principle, Erich Braun, has spent thirty years in the retail automobile business. Twenty of those years were spent as a Cadillac dealer and partner in a group of family owned new car dealerships. The last ten years Erich has been working with car dealers, apparel manufacturers, home building supply companies, casinos and automotive manufacturers to increase their sales and improve their customer base management programs. He has also consulted with our clients and facilitated business acquisitions and sales.

Rose Cook is our Director of
Operations. Rose started as a
Research Associate at Checkmark Systems five years ago.
Rose earned her present position in 2000 and developed our IT and
reporting systems. Rose and her
staff are well trained in customer interviewing and communications.
She will develop your questionnaire to give you the feed back you need
at the time you need it. Monthly,
she will prepare a report that will give you an overview of the month’s
activities. In many cases these
reports will expose you to training opportunities.
